“Women's rights: equality and citizenship": in July fifty young Francophones from 20 to 26 years of age from all over the world held discussions around this theme in Paris for the LabCitoyen programme.

Through its “Labs”, the Institut français supports those who, today and tomorrow, play a leading role in the social and cultural life of their countries.

Since 2013, LabCitoyen has offered these young, socially-committed players education on human rights issues through a programme of visits, talks, debates and high-level meetings.

AyadaLab

For its second edition, AyadaLab, a Franco-German programme to strengthen the skills of young entrepreneurs in West Africa (Cameroon, the Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal), supports the development and growth of some fifteen cultural, digital and social entrepreneurship projects beginning in February.

SafirLab

In the autumn, it is the turn of some twenty young project leaders from North Africa and the Middle East to come to Paris and talk with French partners as part of SafirLab, a programme to support and incubate social innovation projects.
