The Institut français and the Hauts-de-France Region, in partnership with the Next Festival, are inviting a delegation of European professionals as part of the programme “Focus Spectacle Vivant et politiques publiques transfrontalières” (Live Performance and Crossborder Public Policies) programme that will take place on line from 14 to 15 December 2020.

In the current health context, European programmers are invited to discover online, over two days, the rich artistic programming of the Next Festival and the work of its partners, its unique and hybrid programming, its crossborder project between France and Belgium, and the general crossborder cooperation dynamic of this Franco-Belgian space.

In parallel to the artistic scouting path, on 14 December a session has been organised around regional public policies in favour of crossborder dynamics, in particular in Europe and for the live performance sector. It is aimed at agents in the network and representatives of European regional collectivities (Town Halls, regions, others, etc.). Meetings, round tables and experience sharing session are organised.
