Designer, visual artist and scenographer, Laurence Yared is a graduate of the École supérieure des arts appliqués Duperré. In 2010, with Nathalie La Hargue, she founded the "Après vous" duo, whose participative installations form a platform for artistic dialogue with the public. This has enabled her to work with the Centre Pompidou, the Biennale de Design de St-Etienne and the Domaine de Chamarande, among others. In 2016 Laurence Yared created her own wallpaper company, to domesticate "the wrong way".

For the "Résurgences" project Laurence Yared invites us to reflect on architectural remains and ornaments that have disappeared, been reduced to dust or debris as the result of tragic events throughout history, as is the case in Deir El Qamar and in the Chouf.

Simon Thierrée is a composer, violinist, pianist and conductor. Maria Harfouche works in the field of theatre and video.

Together they present "Tempo fragile", an investigation into the forces of resistance and resilience that emerge to counter collapse. Drawing on the stories, images, songs and traditions of the Lebanese Chouf, "Tempo fragile" aims to tell a factual story about the lives of people in these uncertain times, a breath of resistance. Their project will culminate in a film-concert, an imagery journey in music.
