The French artist has been appointed by the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Europe and Foreign affairs and has chosen Martha Kirszenbaum as curator of her project entitled Deep See Blue Surrounding You / Vois Ce Bleu Profond Te Fondre.
On 18th July, the Institut français will sign its first agreement with the PEROU Urban Resources Centre association. Under the heading “All around. A communal project” the association has been organising “acts of hospitality” in France since 2012, and is currently working to register these acts of hospitality as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Institut français, operator of the French Pavilion, are launching a call for projects for the French Pavilion at the 17th Venice International Architecture Biennale in 2020.
The Institut français is launching the 2020 call for applications for its residency programme at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Applications are being accepted through 30th August 2019.
