The French artist has been appointed by the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Europe and Foreign affairs and has chosen Martha Kirszenbaum as curator of her project entitled Deep See Blue Surrounding You / Vois Ce Bleu Profond Te Fondre.
With the support of the French cultural network abroad, the Institut Français is partnering with the 20thedition of the World Puppet Theatre Festival and La Collaborative (a gathering of regional broadcasting agencies) to offer a Puppet Focus in Charleville-Mézières from 21st to 24th September 2019. Extending the “Objects on Stage” project carried out in North America, this Focus is centred around young audiences and the aesthetic renewal of Puppetry and Theatre of Objects.
The Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Institut français, operator of the French Pavilion, are launching a call for projects for the French Pavilion at the 17th Venice International Architecture Biennale in 2020.
The Institut français is launching the 2020 call for applications for its residency programme at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Applications are being accepted through 30th August 2019.
From September 30th till October 4th2019, 40 international presenters from all over the world will be invited to France to experience the fertility and diversity of French musical creation. This talents scouting trip is co-organized by Institut français, Bureau Export, FEVIS, Futurs Composés, Onda and Sacem.
